TRADE SHOW: Place your business in the high-traffic heart of the Millennium Music Conference. Maximum visibility for 3 full days with all the best and the latest, national and regional, products and services. A Trade Show Booth includes one 6’ covered table, 2 chairs, 2 full registrations and a listing in the Conference Directory for $500.00. Several doublebooths and prime placement booths are available for additional charge. Electric, phone lines, internet access and staffing are also available. Exhibit space is limited and based upon availability. BUZZ BAG INSERTS: The MMC9 Buzz Bag is full of promotional items and given to all registrants, exhibitors and speakers that attend the conference. It is designed to provide a creative way to grab the attention of attendees. Past year’s inserts have included CD’s, postcards, flyers, brochures, candy, lighters, key chains, condoms, ear plugs and t-shirts. Send us 700 of your promotional items to get your message in the hands of every conference attendee for only $75.00. Inserts are limited by size and space so reserve your space early so that your insert is “in the bag”. Deadline for inserts is June 16, 2005. DIRECTORY ADVERTISING: Advertising in the MMC8 Directory will be key for your act or business in 2005. The Directory is the official program and event guide. It is distributed free to all registrants, speakers, exhibitors, advertisers and showcase venues. Divided into sections to facilitate its use, it will serve as your ultimate resource for contact information. The directory includes the complete schedule of events, all sponsors, trade show exhibitors, showcase venues, registrants, performers, mentors and speakers, venue guide, alphabetical showcase guide, productions companies and advertisers with full contact information including emails. It’s the perfect way to catch the attention of people in the business that need to know who you are, what you do and how you can be contacted. Showcasing acts and performers can purchase ads at a 50% discount. Design services are available for an additional charge. Camera ready layout and payment must be received by June 6, 2005 and emailed to info@musicconference.net . COMPILATION CD: In 2004 the MMC8 compilation CD included original songs from 40 showcasing acts and artists. The CD is distributed to all in the conference Buzz Bag and sent to a select group of record companies, radio stations and music industry professionals. To have your music considered in 2005 simply mark your showcase application and your demo submission for the two (2) songs to be considered for inclusion by our review staff. Only acts that have been selected to showcase will be selected and offered song placement on the CD.
